Scripture:
1 Corinthians 3:9 — “For we are laborers together with God… you are God’s building.”
Devotional Teaching:
You are not just part of God’s Kingdom — you are a builder in it. God invites you into His work, not as an observer, but as a partner. Every act of obedience, every step of faith, every word of encouragement, and every seed you sow contributes to what God is building in the earth.
A builder of the Kingdom understands:
• God is the architect
• Christ is the foundation
• The Holy Spirit supplies the power
• You supply the willingness
Building the Kingdom doesn’t always look dramatic. It looks like:
• Praying for others
• Serving faithfully
• Giving generously
• Encouraging consistently
• Sharing the gospel
• Using your gifts
• Standing firm in truth
Every brick matters .Every act of obedience counts. Every moment of faithfulness builds something eternal. You are not building your own kingdom — you are building God’s. And nothing you do for Him is wasted.
Reflection Questions:
1. What part of God’s Kingdom is He calling you to help build right now?
2. What gifts or strengths can you use more intentionally for Kingdom impact?
3. What “small” acts of obedience might God be using in a big way?
Identity Declaration:
“I am a builder of the Kingdom. My obedience, service, and faithfulness contribute to God’s eternal work.”
Prayer:
Father, thank You for inviting me to partner with You in building Your Kingdom. Strengthen my hands, align my heart, and guide my steps. Help me build with faith, humility, and purpose. Let everything I do bring glory to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
