Kingdom Identity Devotional
Week 3: “Accepted in the Beloved”

Scripture:

Ephesians 1:6“…to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.”

Short Teaching:

One of the deepest needs of the human heart is acceptance — to be seen, known, valued, and embraced without condition. The world teaches us that acceptance must be earned through performance, perfection, or approval from others. But God’s Kingdom works differently. In Christ, you are already accepted — fully, completely, and permanently. You don’t work for acceptance. You don’t qualify for acceptance. You don’t maintain acceptance. You receive acceptance because you are “in the Beloved. ”The Father accepts you the same way He accepts Jesus — not because of what you’ve done, but because of who you are in Him.

This truth breaks:

• insecurity
• rejection
• comparison
• striving
• fear of not being enough

You don’t have to fight for a place at God’s table. You already belong there.
This week, let the Holy Spirit uproot every lie that says you’re not enough, not worthy, or not accepted. God’s acceptance is not fragile — it is eternal.

Reflection Questions:

1. Where in my life have I been trying to earn acceptance?
2. What lies about rejection or unworthiness do I need to release?
3. How would my confidence change if I truly believed I am fully accepted by God?

Declaration:

“I am accepted in the Beloved. God delights in me, welcomes me, and calls me His own.”

Prayer:

Father, thank You for accepting me fully in Christ. Help me release every lie of rejection, insecurity, and unworthiness. Teach me to walk in the confidence of Your love and to see myself the way You see me. Let Your acceptance become the foundation of my identity. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
